      2. Importance of Respecting Limitations During Service Delivery

      To ensure proper use of the service and achieve the best results, it is essential that the customer respects certain limitations during the period of our services being provided on Instagram. These limitations are designed to ensure that the service is delivered smoothly and without interruption.

      Firstly, during the entire service delivery period, it is forbidden to privatize the Instagram profile. Privatizing the profile makes it impossible for our team to access and interact with the profile, compromising the effectiveness of the service. Therefore, the profile must remain public until the service is completed.

      Secondly, it is forbidden to block or remove followers from the Instagram profile during the service delivery period. Our method is based on continuous interaction with the target audience, and removing or blocking followers can compromise the quality and effectiveness of the service provided.

      Thirdly, it is important that the customer does not internally remove users from their Instagram profile. This practice, consisting of the voluntary deletion of followers, interferes with the service delivery process and can lead to unsatisfactory results.

      Finally, during service delivery, it is advisable not to unfollow accounts previously followed. Unfollowing compromises the balance between followers and following, which is essential to maintain connection with the target audience and for the correct execution of the service.

      3. Consequences of Violating Limitations

      Should the customer violate any of the limitations listed above during the service delivery period, Came Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service delivery without any obligation to refund. The imposed limitations are essential for the proper execution of the service, and their violation constitutes a breach of the contract stipulated at the time of purchase.

      In case of violation, Came Company will contact the customer via their Instagram profile to initiate a direct discussion to resolve the situation and ensure the protection of the purchased service. It is in Came Company's interest to maintain transparent communication with customers to prevent any misunderstandings.

      4. Service Renewal and Order Status Verification

      The customer has the right to independently decide whether to renew the service once the desired objective has been reached. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the previous order has been completely finished before placing a new order with the same link. It is crucial that the link used is identical to the previous one, as even a minor variation, such as the addition of a slash in the URL, could cause errors in counts or operational misunderstandings.

      In the event that the customer places a new order with a link already in use for an order not yet completed, Came Company reserves the right to refer to these terms to justify any double counts. In such a scenario, Came Company commits to clearly explaining to the customer the reason for the double counts and to holding the customer responsible for any anomaly that occurred.

      5. Order Management and Communication with the Support Team

      If a new order is placed with the same link as an order still in progress, Came Company's executive team will notify the suspension of the order via email or directly through the customer's Instagram profile. It is the customer's responsibility to request updates on the status of the ongoing order and to carefully retain the identifier associated with the suspended order.

      Should the customer lose the order identifier by deleting emails or other information, the support team will endeavor to search for the order, but the customer must provide all requested personal details to facilitate the intervention. In the event that the identifier cannot be found and insufficient information is provided, the team will consider the order non-existent.

      It is important to emphasize that a screenshot of the transaction will not be accepted as proof for the activation of a suspended order, as it may not correspond to the order in question or may have already been automatically refunded by the payment intermediary. The responsibility for retaining the order identifier rests entirely with the customer.

      6. Obligation of Means and Not Results

      By accepting these terms of service, the customer acknowledges and understands that Came Company operates with an obligation of means and not results. This means that Came Company provides its resources, community, contests, and sponsorships to achieve the set goals, but cannot guarantee specific results due to the organic nature of the service and the numerous variables beyond the company's control.

      Updates to social platforms, user responsiveness, and other external factors can influence the effectiveness and timing of the service. Came Company is committed to doing its best to achieve the agreed-upon goals but cannot accurately predict the necessary timings or any potential problems that may arise during service delivery.

      In case of sudden suspensions or technical problems, Came Company will endeavor to resolve them as quickly as possible, but cannot be held responsible for delays or lack of results arising from such circumstances.

      By accepting these terms, the customer confirms that they have fully understood the nature of the service offered and the responsibilities arising therefrom, thereby ensuring transparent and informed collaboration with Came Company.

      7. Compliance with Came Company Policies

      It is essential that the customer complies with the policies established by Came Company throughout the entire service delivery period. Failure to observe these rules may compromise the effectiveness of the service and lead to the suspension or cancellation of orders. Came Company reserves the right to take all necessary measures to protect its interests and ensure an optimal experience for all customers.

      The customer is encouraged to maintain open communication with the support team to resolve any doubts or problems that may arise during service delivery. Transparency and collaboration are key elements for the success of the service offered by Came Company.
