      When does the increase start?
      It depends on what is indicated in the service description. Generally, it starts within a maximum of 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when it begins.

      What happens if I enter the wrong link?
      The outcome depends on the type of service purchased and the nature of the error in the provided link. If the link is completely incorrect or not traceable to any visible content, the order is automatically suspended, and a member of our team will try to contact you using the contact details provided during purchase to allow for timely correction. If, on the other hand, the link is valid but incorrect for the type of service requested; for example, if a profile link is entered instead of a post link for a request for likes or comments, the system will process the last public content available. In this latter case, the order will still be processed, and it will not be possible to request either a refund or a subsequent reprocessing, as the delivery will be considered regularly completed.
      How do I know if the service has been activated?

      What happens if I use a service on prohibited content?
      We reserve the right to block the provision of services on inappropriate, illegal, or content that violates the policies of reference platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. This also includes harmful, discriminatory, sexually explicit content, or content related to copyright infringements or fraudulent activities. In these cases, no refunds are provided.
