The service is activated almost immediately after purchase. The service is guaranteed to be activated within 24 hours of purchase. Once the service is activated, you will receive an email notification indicating the activation of the order. This means that the order is active and you will start to see the first results shortly thereafter.
Once the service is activated it may take up to 24 hours unless otherwise indicated.
❖ CAN I KEEP MY PROFILE, LINK OR POST PRIVATE DURING INCREASE?
NO, during the increases the profiles must necessarily be public.
❖ WHAT HAPPENS IF I INSERT A PROFILE LINK INSTEAD OF A POST IN THE ORDER (LIKE-COMMENTS-VIEW)?
Pay attention to the link you insert, if you insert the profile link instead of the post link, our algorithm depending on the type of service will automatically deliver the quantity on the last publication or on multiple publications of the profile at the discretion of the service, we do not accept complaints or refunds in this regard since the delivery is carried out on specific coordinates indicated by the customer himself, if the user makes a mistake in the order we invite you to notify the team promptly and to pay more attention when filling out the next order.
❖ I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE SERVICE, DID I LOSE MY MONEY?
No. If we are unable to provide you with the service, you can always choose whether to: receive an alternative service, request a reusable coupon on the site for the same value as the amount you paid, or request a refund.
❖ WILL FANS OR FOLLOWERS BE ACTIVE ON MY PAGE OR PROFILE?
It depends on many factors. Above all on the type of followers purchased (real or not) the real users have free will and can potentially interact with the contents proposed by the content creator, if you publish high interest contents and you know how to interact with your fanbase the interactions will arrive spontaneously otherwise all the increases we offer, should be considered exclusively as "inflation" of the real number. It is possible, but absolutely not guaranteed, that in some cases people also interact with the page or profile. But those who buy must be well aware that they will obtain only and exclusively what is specified in the purchased product. It is however possible to buy interactions for posts.
❖ DO FANS, FOLLOWERS, LIKES AND VIEWS STAY FOREVER?
Fans/likes/followers/views/etc. It always depends on the service purchased and its description. However, especially immediately after the increase, there may be a decrease, which in some cases can be significant. Just send us a whatsapp or an email and at no additional cost we will restart the increase to realign the lost fans/likes/followers/views/etc. until the page or profile stabilizes.
There may be services with limited or no warranty; the customer is asked to carefully read the description of the service and any warranty options.
❖ HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORK?
We always guarantee the number of fans/likes/followers/views/etc. achieved after the boost.
Upon order activation, our system will record your initial count of fans/likes/followers/views/etc.
An entry called STARTING NUMBER will be the starting point on which the goal that your link will have to reach will be based, the goal will be given by the initial starting number, plus the quantity of the service you purchased.
Example: if you buy 1,000 Instagram followers, and your profile at the time of purchase has 2,500 followers, the goal will be set to 3,500 followers and the starting number 2,500. If the followers should drop below this threshold, we undertake to reintegrate the followers until the profile is again above the target (always within the limits of the reintegration guarantee if it is present in the description).
NB 1: for pages, profiles and videos that suffer drops but are still above the target, no reinstatement will be carried out.
It is not possible to verify if a page/profile or video has undergone further increases beyond those provided by us. For this reason, profiles that are above the target will not be reintegrated. If a profile is below the threshold to be reached, the reintegration will be carried out until the number of followers/likes/views/fans “TARGET” is reached again. We expressly suggest not to activate multiple growth campaigns at the same time on the same post/profile/account/page/video/etc.
NB 2: For some services (where expressly indicated) the guarantee is not applicable or may have limitations.
❖ LIMITED WARRANTY
For some services the guarantee may be limited in time. In services where a maximum guarantee time is specified (e.g.: "guaranteed replacement up to 60 days"), if there are any drops, we will proceed with the replacement up to 60 days after the order. After 60 days, no more replacements will be made and no refund will be due if there are any drops.
❖ UNLIMITED WARRANTY (for life)
Unlike the limited warranty, some services have a lifetime warranty. In services where an unlimited warranty period is specified (e.g. “guaranteed replacement for life”), if any drops should occur, we will proceed to replace all losses found free of charge .
❖ WILL PEOPLE EVER KNOW I BOUGHT SERVICES FROM CAMECOMPANY?
Not unless you tell them. Otherwise, your secret is safe with us .
❖ WILL CAMECOMPANY KEEP MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AFTER MY PURCHASE?
Absolutely not - that's private information and we don't want it! Not only do we not care, but we are not allowed to store it, and we are not able to. Your info will be kept safe (by us too) by a company with SSL and PCI technology.
