The URL is the exact address of your profile or your post (whether it's an image, video, or text.)
Example: https://www.facebook.com/camecompany
From smartphone
From smartphone, to copy the link of your Facebook page, you need to click on the arrow at the top right of the screen and then on “copy link” on both iOS and Android.

For posts, on Android, you can click on the 3 dots at the top right of the post and then on “copy link”.
Instead, on iOS, click on the share button -> more options -> copy (at the bottom of the screen)
From desktop
To find your profile's URL from a desktop computer, simply copy it from the address bar at the top of your browser (e.g., Google Chrome).
Alternatively, you can directly enter the username, which is what comes immediately after the "@" symbol written below the large page name.
E.g.: @camecompany

To get the URL of any post from desktop, simply click on the post in question and copy the URL from the address bar at the top, or click on "share" and then on "copy link".

Once you've copied the URL, insert the address into the dedicated space and you're done.
To paste the URL from a smartphone, just hold down for a few seconds in the area where you want to copy the link and select paste.
If on desktop, simply right-click and select copy to copy and paste to paste. Alternatively, there's the "shortcut" cmd+C or ctrl+C to copy and cmd+V or ctrl+V to paste.
